It's been hot every day 💦.

This time, I would like to introduce you to our recommended menu for the summer in Miyashita 👀👀👀.

It is! Shabu Shabu Shabu with Salt Dashi.

The meat is, of course, A5-ranked Japanese black beef 🐮.
Most shabu-shabu is served with ponzu or sesame sauce, but we serve our shabu-shabu in a salted broth poured over the pot 😁.

The salt broth allows you to enjoy the flavor of the meat and plenty of vegetables. ❗️
Available for lunch and dinner all day long👍.
